From under 6's, it's all about an introduction to the game with a huge emphasis on fun and friends. Under 6's and Under 7's do not tackle so it's a great starter. From U8's, tackling begins and the game is modified at each age level to provide a safe and fun playing format. As the kids get older, the games become progressively more expansive and challenging. 

 

• U6-U9 teams play in the Penrith District Minis comp. Their games are on Saturday mornings, often playing more than 1 in what's called a Gala day.

• U10-U18 teams play in the Sydney Junior Rugby Union (SJRU) competition. Their games are on Sundays (and some Friday evenings). This is a graded competition.

• The season runs from April to August.
